Add Coil prebuilts for image loading Jetbrains Compose prebuilts are excluded as we have Jetpack Compose on the classpath (see changes in topic). Test: ./gradlew :compose:integration-tests:hero:pokedex:pokedex-macrobenchmark:connectedReleaseAndroidTest with CL in topic Change-Id: I3857f562b27aae458c585abb019e3a3e044361c2
